A compilation of workout routines as well as experimental exercises that I have been training and fiddling with to condition since the start of the new year. Please be advised that I'm not uploading this to demonstrate proper form or technique. Every exercise performed in this compilation can be vastly improved on given proper conditioning and diet (specifically the pull ups, my god I suck at those) and that is my ultimate goal by conditioning in the first place. This is mostly to give an idea of the variety of exercises I'm fiddling with and new routines I am practicing for the future.
