"Sweet Home Puntarenas" - Pete Smith's ukulele adaptation of the song "Sweet Home Alabama" (by Lynyrd Skynyrd), about the beach town of Puntarenas in Costa Rica. Adapted and performed by Pete Smith, a singer/songwriter, actor and retired firefighter from New Jersey. The video highlights Puntarenas' beach, streets, churches, businesses, and most importantly, the wonderful people. The video was filmed on location in Puntarenas, Costa Rica by Pete and his brother Gene Smith. The song was recorded and mixed at R.R. Sound studio in Columbia, New Jersey, by Dean Rickard, who also plays percussion along with the amazing "Angst" on bass. Many thanks to family and friends in Puntarenas!
