I explain in detail how to make the dough for this amazing recipe in the video linked here : For the spinach filling: I buy a huge container of spinach at Costco (I LOVE a ton of filling!) 1 pound of baby spinach chopped up* roughly 2 cups good quality feta cheese (I use a soft Bulgarian style but Turkish and greek work are also wonderful) *if your cheese is not as creamy then add about 2 tbs of sour cream to the mix. 1 large onion 5 tbs butter salt to taste. I like using a baking pan with parchment paper but use whatever you would like. I just personally hate cleaning pans after doing all this work! bake at 450F or a little lower based on how hot your oven gets* my mother's oven is an electric oven and she bakes at 420F because it gets VERY hot. I have a gas oven and I always bake at 450F with no problems. So you may need to experiment especially if you have never made pita before.
