Runners Knee is one of the most prevalent injuries in the world of distance running and can cause pain, compromised mechanics, put a road block into your training program & holt progress towards your running goals. BUT! If we get onto rehab quickly, we can mitigate the effects of runners knee and restore function. In this super quick rehab program we aim strengthen the quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes and restore muscle imbalances in the pelvis to help correct mechanics, reduce pain and restore function. I recommend you do this routine 3-4x week and make sure to see your Physio to give your extra personalised rehab tips. Happy running!
