In this video I do a reverse seared ribeye on the Oklahoma Joe's Rider DLX pellet grill! Now this is on of the best sear jobs I have done and hands down the best I have done on a pellet grill! Now the Rider did a fantastic job with the help of that carbon steel griddle! If you do not have one yet for your DLX, get one NOW!
