Chester Whitmore and Joseph Sewell casually discuss 'The Cake Walk' history, along with a recap of Joseph's Cake Walk dance class. They review some of the historical topics and questions that Joseph shared with students minutes beforehand in the class. About the Routine: The Cake Walk routine, choreographed by Joseph Sewell was completed around 2011, with the support of the late Queen of Swing and Savoy ballroom dancer Ms Norma Miller, after years of plantation dance research. It features a number of original steps, and performed as a line dance, which repeats rotating anti-clockwise.
