Mother speaks out after child with autism was found off campus; school employees placed on leave

Two employees at Fulton Elementary School have been placed on administrative leave after an 11-year-old student with autism left campus unnoticed and was later found blocks away. The incident occurred Tuesday at Fulton Elementary School. The child, Freddy, who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, was discovered without a coat and running near active traffic before being helped by a passerby.
