Crowds of fans came to see A-list star producers Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, their leading man son Jaden Smith and his co-star Jackie Chan. Young girls had waited for hours to see their Jaden, now a fully fledged star in his own right. In the remake of the eighties classic, Jaden plays Dre, a young American who moves to China with his mother. While trying to adapt to the lifestyle difference, Dre becomes a target for bullies at school, but then Dre meets Mr Han (Chan) - the handyman in the building where Dre lives with his mother. Mr Han - the 2010 version of the iconic Mr Miyagi - teaches Dre kung fu, which allows him to overcome his bullies and teaches him a new philosophy of life.
