Food Automation presents Tramper Denesting, filling & Lidding line

This Tramper Tray / Tub denesting, filling and lidding line is a nice example of the high end equipment Tramper Technology is producing. The servo controlled denester picks up 6 tubs out of the stack of empty trays that are loaded in the upper magazine. After that the tubs are positioned on the accurate servo driven walking beam system that transports the empty tubs to the filling position. Here the tubs can be filled with the product (not shown on this video). After the filling stage the full tubs are transported to the lidding position. The lids are being denested and placed onto the filled tubs. This process is assisted by a supporting plate that supports the individual trays from underneath around the edge of the tubs to ensure perfect placement and closing of the lids. Again this lidding process is servo controlled to be able to have the best possible lidding pressure for each individual tub type. For more information please visit www.foodautomation.com.au.
