After complete dissection we introduce the mesh in to 10mm trocar. Place the mesh in to preperitoneal space and fix the mesh to the Cooper's ligament. There are other ways of fixation, we can use tackers or glue. We can deflate the carbon dioxide under vision. So, the mesh will not get folded. Also demonstrating a video of bilateral TEP repair.
