Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes. Quiche- 5 eggs 1/2 cup egg whites (or 2 more eggs) 1 c. milk 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 c. cheese 5 pieces of bacon (or any kind of meat) optional vegetables. I used peppers. salt pepper Add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk. Pour into the cooked pie crust. Make sure filling is evenly distributed throughout the dish. (the contents like to sit in the middle after pouring in). Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Breakfast casserole- half a loaf of bread cut into cubes 10 eggs 1/2 c. Egg whites 1 c. milk 1 c. cheddar cheese Diced peppers & onions (cooked) 1 tube of pork sausage 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. paprika Mix in a large bowl eggs, egg whites, milk, cheese, and spices. Layer cut up bread into a greased 9x13 pan. Add cooked sausage, add cooked peppers, and egg mixture. place in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to let the bread soak in egg mixture.
