8-ounce pkg Cream Cheese, Softened 8-ounces (1cup) Ricotta Cheese 3 cups shredded Italian Cheese blend 1 cup Grated Parmesan 24-ounce jar Marinara Sauce 1 pound Owens Italian Sausage, cooked and drained 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Toasted French Bread Baguette Slices fro serving (1) In a bowl combine the cream cheese, ricotta, 2 cups shredded Italian cheese and 1/2 cup parmesan. (2) spread half the cheese mixture in the bottom of an oiled 2 quart baking dish. (3) Top the cheese with half the marinara sauce. Top with half the sausage and half the Pepperoni slices. Repeat all three layers. (4) Top with remaining cup of shredded cheese and parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted and bubbly. (5). Serve with toasted French baguette slices drizzled with olive oil, a little garlic powder and parsley flakes.
