Many thanks in advance xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Ingrediens Burger Bun Burger Patty Truffle Cheese Lettuce For the (Truffle) Mayo: 1 Egg Pinch of salt Pinch of sugar 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Juice of 1/2 a Lime 1 Black Truffle - optional 235 ml Vegetable oil Salt to taste xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx How to prepare the Black Truffle Burger Season your Beef Patty with salt and grill over direct heat, flip after one minute, place the truffle cheese on top and grill for 2 more minutes. Then, place the burger on indirect heat and let the cheese melt and cook the burger to the desired doneness. For the mayonnaise, add the egg, salt, sugar, dijon mustard and black truffle into a blender jar and pour in the oil. Add the lime juice and mix with the hand blender. After around 20-30 seconds you should have a perfect Truffle Mayonnaise. Put some Mayo onto a toasted burger bun, add the shredded lettuce and the grilled burger patty and finish the burger with a little bit more mayo on the top bun.
