UNSCR 1325 addresses not only the inordinate impact of war on women, but also the pivotal role women should and do play in conflict management, conflict resolution, and sustainable peace. In the spirit of the resolution, this panel discussion brings together women who have been, and are still, active in conflict resolution at the highest level -- Prof. Gabriela Shalev, who was the Israeli ambassador to the UN, and Adv.
