I've created this video as a tool to help you test your aerobic capabilities in swimming. You can use this to gauge where you're at for any stroke you choose – but know that you'll end up at different levels for different strokes. The value of this challenge is that you can do it at the start of your training block and then come back after weeks - months of training and see if you've improved. Overall, there are a total of 30 levels – which means 30 x 50 of swimming – IF you finish all of it... The first 3 levels decrease by 3 sec [starting at 60] The second 3 levels decrease by 2 sec The third 3 levels decrease by 1 sec The last 21 levels decrease by 0.5 sec [until finishing at 32] Below are the specific intervals between 50s.
