Mango Ladoo Recipe are delicious balls of Mango puree, dessicated coconut and condensed milk rolled in dry coconut. These mango Truffles are so easy to make and it’s delicious. Must try this during this mango season. Ingredients 2 Mangoes puréed 2 cups Dessicated Coconut , and more to dust 1 can Condensed Milk Preparation 1. Heat a saucepan, add desiccated coconut and roast for about 5 minutes on low flame or till fragrant. Do not brown and make sure to keep stirring. 2. Once it is done, remove from the pan. In the same pan add in mango pulp and condensed milk and keep stirring and cook for 4 min. Add roasted coconut to the purée. The mixture will be a little gooey now. Keep on stirring to avoid charring. 3. Once the mixture reaches a doughy consistency and comes together, switch off flame and allow to cool a bit. 4. Once cooled pinch out a small ball and roll between palms, roll the Truffles /laddoo in desiccated coconut powder.
