Noon horn blasts in Ossining

The noon horn blasts atop Ossining Town Hall. Every day at 12 noon, this horn gives three blasts. It also serves as one of the numerous town fire sirens. In the beginning of the video, you can hear the bells chiming from the First Baptists Church. The horn doesn't blow until the 1:07 mark. For those of you who are wondering, this is a Gamewell Diaphone Type 2, which is a piston driven horn, and yes, it is extremely loud.
