UPDATE!: After 2000kms the new connector from the stator to the regulator was melted again. It was my fault also because a lot of guys recommended to soldering the wires fix without the connector and i thought that it will be just okay if i put a new connector in between...The connectors weren't for race use, they weren't able to handle that much of heat and the connector with that much of voltage was just a heat point along the cables. So i decided to soldering the cables fix together, electrical tape and that's all. On the Mosfet regulator side i have the connector anyway but this is a water sealed very good quality connector. So if for whatever reason i have to strip the engine apart i don't have to cut the wires again, just unclip the connector from the mosfet and that's all. I hope it will be okay now.
