West Bengal Assembly Election 2021||Bidhansova Vote 2021||Election Training Schedule Election Commission of India (ECI) is likely to hold the West Bengal Assembly election early due to the class 10th and 12th board examinations. Sources within the Election Commission told India Today TV that the poll preparations in West Bengal are underway and the election could be held early in view of school exams. The Election Commission may announce the schedule of the West Bengal Assembly election in the first week of February. The EC is looking at completing the election process before May 5, before the board examinations. The tenure of the current government is coming to an end on May 30. Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sunil Arora, along with Election Commissioners Sushil Chandra and Rajeev Kumar, and Deputy Election Commissioner in-Charge (West Bengal) Sundeep Jain were in West Bengal for two days to take stock of the ground situation.
