Transcript: Lemonade Barrett Started in 1994 by Rod Barrett and Paul Lemon. The Lemonade Barrett brought on Lightspeed in 2006 I believe. And before that we used an actual DOS based system and actually referred to us by one of our competitors in Marietta, OH - told us how good it was and how you could see your numbers and see everything more easily and consistently on a day-to-day basis. Typical day for me at Lemon and Barrett's. I come in open Lightspeed, see what the pending deals are, pending quotes for the day, you know try to get the sales department set up. And then I would say four or five times throughout the day I'll run a management activity where I see the cashier accountability. How much money are we taking in just to see, you know, where we're at- Parts, Service, Sales so I can keep my managers, you know, kind of up to speed. Lightspeed tracks every penny. You can see day-to-day how each department is doing and how it affects minute by minute, hour by hour. The transactions go through and how it affects the overall business. So first thing I do when I come into work, I log into Lightspeed. I'll start running my Obs report my OBS reports. I'll go through all my daily reports, my monthly reports, see what we need to do. Seeing you go through all my supply returns, I make sure all shipping and receiving is right and then we'll just go throughout the day. A typical day at Lemon and Barrett's. I come in the mornings, I go through our emails and and figure out who I'm giving those two for the day to work. Structure deals all day long through the Lightspeed. We utilize and engage with Lightspeed every minute of every day that we are here. We utilize it to clock in and off of repair orders. We utilize it to check for the warranty process technician efficiencies we do for parts ordering tech notes. There's, I mean so many possibilities that we actually utilize, but every aspect of the labor and the service operation in the whole process is what we utilize all of Lightspeed for. It kind of brings everything full circle with the part server sales and the accounting integration. It works well for us.
