Driver side kitchen galley build. 8020 extruded aluminum frames, full inset cabinet doors. Innovative hinge-attachment design. The upper cabinets are 66-inches long and 22-inches tall! The lower cabinets are 72-inches long with an L-shape design, deep sink, built-in double burner induction, and hideaway toilet. This video contains the process of design and redesign of the cabinets, materials considerations, how to attach hidden hinges to 8020 extruded aluminum with standard off-the-shelf parts, CNC cutting the cabinet doors, edge banding techniques, and more!
