The Vinewood Residence is a Prix Luxury mansion located on Marlowe Drive in Vinewood Hills, Los Santos County, with introduction and cutscene with Michael and Amanda De Santa: appearing in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the A Safehouse in the Hills update. It is available for purchase through the Prix Luxury Real Estate website for a base price of $12,200,000. The Vinewood Residence is located on top on Marlowe Drive, overlooking the Vinewood Bowl. It is partially built on top of the Marlowe Drive Overlook. Mansions act as safehouses, although personalized with several additions, including an in-door Barber, Tattoo Parlor and Vehicle Workshop, production boosts for existing businesses, an underground vehicle storage with 20 spaces, a podium, pets, private security, a personal gym for temporary strength boosts, and a personal helipad. Players can choose from three mansions available from Prix Luxury Real Estate, or purchase all three mansions available. Players who have previously helped Prix Luxury in the development of these properties in New Listings received a $2,000,000 discount in the purchase of these properties. Purchasing at least one mansion is a requirement to unlock the mission Home Sweet Home for Avi Schwartzman, which serves as an epilogue for the KnoWay Out mission strand. “Close to Los Santos, while avoiding those in the wrong tax bracket, this magnificent hillside mansion allows you to bask in the proud heritage of the city, the rich landscape of the rolling hills, and the alluring glow of the Vinewood sign.” Mansions are purchasable safehouses in Grand Theft Auto Online, introduced in the A Safehouse in the Hills update. There are a total of three different Mansions available for purchase from the Prix Luxury website, all of which share the same interiors, features and upgrades, with the price being based on the proximity to Los Santos. Each mansion has an unique exterior, specifically the layout of the pools and the garden. All three available Mansions can be owned simultaneously by the player. Owning at least one Mansion and watching its introduction cutscene is a requirement to unlock the mission Home Sweet Home, available after the completion of the KnoWay Out mission strand for Avi Schwartzman. Mansions can be purchased by the player via the Prix Luxury website. During the purchase, the player can customize the interior's tints, patterns and decors and choose between one of the three AI Concierges available. Additional customization options can be accessed via the Interaction Menu while inside the Mansion, allowing the player to change pictures and decorations in 20 different spots. All 61 Master Penthouse decorations available from the Casino Store are available to be placed in certain spots. Once the Mansion is purchased, an introduction cutscene is played upon first entry. The protagonist is seen entering the Mansion and being introduced to its features by the chosen AI Concierge, before they are interrupted by visitors. They are greeted by two other members of the community of luxury homeowners — Vinewood film producer Michael De Santa and his wife Amanda. Michael accompanies Amanda to greet their neighbor and, during the visit, briefly talks in private with the protagonist, acknowledging that they have many mutual contacts and recognizing several of their past achievements. The house tour is briefly interrupted by Mr. Faber, who expresses interest in working alongside Michael and the protagonist, though Michael is reluctant and discreetly warns the protagonist to be wary of Faber. Michael eventually hands the protagonist his business card, asking to stay in touch, and leaves with Amanda to let the player settle into their new home. A Place Like This Award: Visit your Mansion.
