Installers Airvent, in collaboration with consultants WSP, set out a goal to develop a product that would enhance indoor air quality and temperature control within this cutting-edge construction. The primary objective was to provide students and teachers with a comfortable learning environment while minimising the building's carbon footprint. Working closely with the design and architectural teams, Airvent and WSP consultants provided expertise in the integration of air conditioning units into the building's design. The focus was on seamlessly incorporating the Samsung Cassette unit, ensuring it complements the architectural lighting features to offer a timeless and innovative solution. This collaborative effort brought together the expertise of designers, engineers, architects and innovative products from Fourways to create a building that not only boasts aesthetics but also promotes functionality and sustainable practices.
