Kenneth Fowler is a graduate of Humber's Boilermaker Apprenticeship program who found his niche in politics, most recently as Simcoe County Councillor and Deputy Mayor of Innisfil. He's remained active in the trades as a longstanding boilermaker and engineering specialist with the TDSB.
