Hello and welcome back to the channel! This week I do some training in the rain, have a productive swim session, and do a little less volume than the weeks prior. Given the weather we get in this area of the country it can be hard to get outside to train year-round. I decide to battle the elements during one of my run sessions. It's never THAT fun running in the rain but as the experts say, it builds resilience! I got a solid session done in the pool. It has been a long time since I've swam 2k miles. I was surprised how quickly I've been bouncing back in the pool. This week my volume is a little lower than normal as I take a few extra days to recover (and be lazy) but overall another solid week of training! Thanks for tuning in!
