Cluj-Napoca is the second-largest city in Romania. It's also the host of the annual Untold Music Festival and many other big events throughout the year. Cluj is considered Romania's Silicon Valley and many tech companies are based in the city. As a result, housing prices are pretty high too. These are all fun facts we learned from our new friends at Finesse Gelato and Prosecco, which you should definitely visit when you go to the city. Obviously, there are many other great things to do and eat besides alcohol and ice cream :) EDIT: We mistakenly said their chef is a Michelin star chef but they are not. We misunderstood.
