Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together. To make the white sauce, melt 1.5 tbsp butter in a separate pan. Add 1.5 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour) and whisk until smooth and slightly golden. Slowly pour in 1.5 cups of boiled and cooled milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and Italian seasoning. Add 2 cheese slices or 1/4 cup grated cheese and let it melt completely. Pour this creamy white sauce over the pasta and mix well. Let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
