VLOG: harassed by security while a guest at the Millenium Hilton NYC Elevator placed in Fire Service

(5-11-2015) I was a guest in the motel and as you know I do hotel tours. I just finished the hotel tour and went to film the elevator. Security as you can hear calls me on the emergency phone and I told them what I was doing. As I was going up to my room, the security put the elevator in fire service to bring me back to the lobby. I understand security in the motel is of utmost importance however instead of forcing me down they should have simply called me on the phone and I would have happily come down. Once the car stopped in the lobby as you saw I was asked to turn off the camera. I was told to come to the front desk and I told him I was a guest in the motel. I showed him my room key. then he looks up my name in the computer and can't find it and then I'm accused of trespassing. at this point the clerk comes out and tells him that I'm a guest and she just checked me in. I have to speak to the head of security and am told photography is not allowed in the hotel. before I go back upstairs the security guard asks for my Id and takes a photo of it. .KEEP IN MIND! I am a motel guest and this was totally uncalled for HOWEVER the management did apologize and attempt to make it right. No hard feelings. This is simply a documentary and vlog about what happened. This is a FINE HOTEL and the front desk staff was among the best I have EVER encountered in the hotel or motel industry.
