Braving Welsh Storms in my 21-Year-Old Porsche Boxster

Today we're heading to Wales to explore the Brecon Beacons in my 2004 Porsche Boxster 986. We're in pursuit of some great driving roads - and oh boy are they a-plenty. Day 1: After taking the M4 westbound, we cross the Prince of Wales bridge, you guessed it, into Wales and make our way to our charming B&B: Pantybeiliau House. After a short pit-stop, by the fireplace, we hit the road again in pursuit of the ultimate driving road: Black Mountain Pass. We brave cold rain and blistering winds but we make it to the top and across the pass to the other side. We head to our dinner spot: The Bear. A lovely pub with fantastic food and a warm atmosphere. On the way there, the Welsh weather gives us one more treat: A fog like never before. Eerie vibes all the way to dinner. Day 2: We start our day with a lovely breakfast and then hit the road. We meet some 4-legged locals on the road as we go for a drive in the glorious Brecon Beacons. And after talking a short hike around, we decide to go for a horse ride!
