Bird Photography: The First Birds of Spring | Nikon Z9

Today I head back down to a forest pond to see what wildlife I could find and photograph. I was here last week and has success finding ducks, bluebirds, and beaver, so I wanted to try to set up in a different spot to get some different angles. When I got down there I switched gears as I found my first Eastern Phoebes of the year foraging along the edge of the pond. I set myself up along the banks and was able to photograph them as they were foraging. It was really nice to be able to sit and watch these birds in action. It is always a nice sign of spring when these birds arrive.
