Been a full year since I went keto!!! Last year I missed out on all the Easter candy and I almost caved when my boyfriend got Reese's eggs from his mom. So this year I decided to take a day and make myself a bunch of Keto Easter Candy (Fat Bombs) including Keto Reese's eggs! You can easily make these simply by pouring the fillings into fat bomb molds then coating with melted chocolate of choice or popping them out and dunking them in melt chocolate. I just wanted to have a whole basket of Easter Candy. Links to blog with all the recipes below! I created a patreon account. I have many ideas for the future of this channel and maybe even creating my own keto line of desserts at some point. I'm going to be posting some inspirational stuff over there along with more information about my life, past, present and future. I'm excited to take this extra step and do some extra content for supporters. Some behind the scenes of my recipe testing successes and fails alike. Maybe even some merch down the line! But Amazon only takes one or two days most of the time. The ingredients are simple keto staples plus any add-ons or extracts you have on hand can be used. Be creative, skies the limit! Basic Ingredient List: Naturally Sweetened Chocolate: Lily's, Choc Zero, Lakanto, Bake Believe Heavy Cream Salted Butter Coconut Oil (refined if you don't want a coconut flavor) Extracts Add-ins: Keto Cookies, Collagen Powders, Keto Caramels, Keto Sweeteners, Peanut Butter, Nuts, Coconut, Spices The macros vary on these greatly, especially depending on the molds used. But obviously the bigger you make them the higher in carbs they will be. I preferred the size of the mini muffin cups myself, 2 or 3 bites to satisfy my candy craving. Then whatever chocolate brand you use the macros will be different. I found that the white chocolate candies have the highest carbs because you are using white chocolate inside and outside. Lily's semi-sweet chocolates have no carbs, so combining that in the shell or filling with a different kind of chocolate cuts the carbs. So bottom line, my macros are a guideline for these candies, so I always suggest plugging ingredients into an app to figure out the macros for your candies.
