Schnelle und sichere Palettierung in Doppelroboterzelle: Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden B. Amshoff GmbH aus Ahaus haben wir kürzlich ein spannendes Projekt realisiert: mit zwei Robotern, die autark in einer Zelle arbeiten, werden unterschiedliche Kartons und Boxen palettiert, die wiederum ein besonders sensibles Produkt enthalten: Eierkartons. Der kundenspezifische Greifer wurde für dieses Projekt von uns geplant und konstruiert und sorgt für sicheres Greifen und stabiles Absetzen. Die Roboterzelle ist mit einer automatischen Palettenver- und entsorgung ausgestattet, sodass kontinuierlich produziert werden kann. Wir bedanken uns bei B. Amshoff GmbH, we recently realized an exciting project: with two robots working autonomously in one cell, different cartons and boxes are palletized, which in turn contain a particularly sensitive product: egg cartons. The customized gripper was planned and designed by us for this project and ensures safe gripping and stable setting down.
