St. Louis BBQ is extremely underrated. Everyone knows about Texas BBQ, Memphis BBQ, even Kansas City BBQ when it comes to Missouri, but St. Louis barbecue has somehow stayed under the radar this entire time. Last year we ate at the most iconic St. Louis BBQ spot, at least for St. Louis ribs, Pappy's Smokehouse. Pappy's was named the best ribs in America by Food Network so we had to give it a try! We also tried Sugarfire Smokehouse, one of the biggest BBQ chains in St. Louis and my favorite spot so far. Today we are trying yet another spot. Salt + Smoke has been frequently recommended to me by both locals and many of you as the best BBQ in St. Louis. Many consider it not just one of the best restaurants on the Delmar Loop or one of the best BBQ restaurants in St. Louis, many consider it one of the best restaurants in St. Louis period!
