I went to the Iroha seafood buffet at the Toyosu Market in Tokyo. It was a moving experience to watch a tuna dismantler dismantle a huge tuna. The sashimi, freshly cut at the Toyosu market, was fresh and very tasty. The other dishes were also very elaborate and it was hard to decide which one to try. There is also a full lineup of drinks. You can use the restaurant without a reservation.
