Pokemon SoulSilver journey - Catching Mewtwo and Cerulean Cave Exploration Completed. After catching all the legendary birds trio, I went straight to catch Mewtwo without pause. Mewtwo has the same BST of 680 as Lugia and Ho-oh, and that is the highest BST that you can obtain in HeartGold/SoulSilver. However, Mewtwo's stats spread is much better than Lugia and Ho-oh in my opinion, it has very high Special Attack of 154, high speed of 130, good amount of HP, defense and special defense unlike Lugia's highest stat is focused on Special defense. And again, the only reason that I didn't put Mewtwo in my team as my training pokemon is that Mewtwo can only be obtained after getting all the 16 Kanto badges, which is too late in the game.
