Thanksgiving is here and we have a lot of prep work ahead! Today we tackle that to do list of all the things that need to be done for Thanksgiving. There is so much Thanksgiving Prep to be done... the list never ends ya'll! We have some cleaning and straightening up to do around the house and a couple casseroles to make ahead and help make Thanksgiving Day go a little easier. Happy Thanksgiving ya'll! Broccoli Casserole - Cook 2 packages of broccoli (not too done) Drain well. Return to pan, add 1/2 cup grated American processed chesse or grated cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp of butter. Stir til cheese and butter melts and blends with broccoli Pour into greased casserole. Cover with cracker crumbs; melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crumbs.
