These specify the drones that can be used in the Open Category. And here’s the kicker, they specify that the drones must comply with (EU) 2019/945 - see article 4 1.(a) below. So the Implementing Regs appear to force the use of Euro C1 drones but does not include those cleared by our own set of regs.
