Massive thanks to ‪@IHenrryyy‬ for the thumbnail! Genuinely never thought we'd be the first to clear this. There were multiple other teams running and our schedules did NOT align well so we didn't have a lot of time to run. Today was our first day where we had plenty of time to run and we were just locked in and cleared. With arc surge, this is honestly not super different from normal, but everything that isn’t verity actually poses somewhat of a threat. I honestly did not play the best at all in this clear, Sub was just okay, Herald was pretty bad on my part, Repo was extremely slow because the Tormentors did not want to behave properly, Verity was actually very smooth and probably the best encounter somehow (lmao), and on Witness I just didn't pop my goldie with Nighthawk on so I could've trolled final but thankfully it wasn't really that close despite that mistake as arc surge blaster carries 95% of the damage. This was very mentally taxing and I constantly felt annoyed on ribs as everything before Verity including transitions is just boring slop that is surprisingly easy to die on, especially with the amount of desync that we experienced. This is probably the most time & effort I have put into a challenge in Destiny thus far if you include all the normal verity practice and full trio runs. Very happy to have gotten it done and getting it first is just a nice cherry on top that made it all the more worth it.
