Exhibition Interview 2GIL29 GALLERY: You come into the gallery and share conversations with the visitors. I understand that there is a lot of pressure since it’s your first show in ten years. However, I can assume that this will be a new experience for you. What do you feel the most in the conversations with the visitors. Jaaeun Jeon: There are certain aspects that can only be studied through exhibitions. In the studio it is hard to point out. However, as soon as the works are hung up on a gallery wall space it becomes clear and vivid. I tried to write down what I missed in this exhibition. In some areas, the viewers think differently from what I had planned.Therefore, I learned that it is difficult to see my own works from an objective point of view. Moreover, I feel that the works containing my emotion also agitates the viewer’s emotion as well. Thank you for the positive feedback.
