In this Video, I obtain the AP Glendale from the mission "Los Desperados" with failing the Mission. After I obtain them, I reload the Save and show that they still there as well as showing the properties. There's is a better method than this that allows this special vehicle to be obtained with mission pass. However it's requires a Info Icon from either the hospital or police, which you might not have. So if it is you case, you have to go for this method instead. I gonna record someday the mission pass method, as I can't show that on my current savefile.
