Following the British GP I spent some time in London before heading to Vienna with BA for the Austrian GP. It was on this leg that I parted company with my $15k Canon 600mm lens, encountered a fellow F1 photographer and lost a credit card. After that it was a 24hr journey home to Perth for a week ahead of the French GP at Circuit Paul Ricard. This time I flew Qatar Airways’ Q suite for the long leg.
