CHOCOLATE BISCUIT PUDDING..very easy recipe!😍😋 Ingredients: 2 cups milk 3/4th cup sugar 1/2 cup cocoa powder 2 Tbsp maida 1 Tsp vanilla essence 2 Tbsp butter 25 digestive biscuits 1/2 cup milk for dipping 1 tsp coffee powder mixed with some water Method: 1) In a pan, with heat turned off, add milk, sugar, maida and cocoa powder. Stir well 2) Turn on the heat and continue stirring till it thickens 3) Add vanilla essence and butter. Stir till butter melts 4) Cool it down and seive to remove lumps 5) In a square dish, we need to start layering. First, dip biscuits in milk and lay at the bottom 6) Add a layer of prepared chocolate sauce 7) Dip biscuits in coffee and lay.
