Can you play through a blackface Fender Vibro Champ and get good a tone for surf music? I'm playing a tune by The Astronauts and one by The Fuzziyama Surfers. Let's see if this minute amplifier with the 8" speaker can deliver what we twangers are looking for. I'm only recording it with a cheap dynamic microphone and condenser and then straight into my DAW; no software EQ, compressor or anything. The amp is from 1967 and has the AA764 circuit.
