The on-campus facility provides students and faculty with access to fitness resources that support physical activity and wellness. Available amenities include a range of exercise machines, free weights, and scheduled group fitness classes such as yoga, Zumba, and indoor cycling. The 5,000-square-foot space features floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the St. Johns River. The Nimnicht Fitness Center operates Monday through Friday and on weekends. Rec Well also offers the Lonnie Wurn Pool, a game room, and multiple outdoor recreation areas. Rec Well coordinates events throughout the academic semester supported by professional staff alongside student employees.
