Triund Trek starts from Bhagsu Nag Waterfall and it took 5 hous of trek to reach the triund top and the view from triund top was breathtaking. Triund is at the foot of the Dhauladhar ranges and is at a height of 2850m / 9350 ft. The trek offers panoramic views of Bhagsu village, Mcleodganj, Dharamsala valley and distant views of Shivalik hills and plains of Kangra valley. The difficulty of this trek is moderate. The trail is around 6 km in length from Gallu Devi temple and will take 3-5 hours depending on your trekking speed. Triund is a large land of green grass and pastures. One can see the mighty Dhauladhar ranges just above the eyes. This is the base camp and acclimatization point for trekkers climbing the Inderahar pass.
