Rare Mileage Train on the CSX Indiana Sub: Rusty Rails, B&O CPLs

Once part of B&O's St. Louis Line, the Indiana Sub has had ups and downs. West of Seymour, the line has J780 typically running Tuesday-Friday. West of Mitchell...the rails rust. On July 21st, a ballast train ran as far as Willow Valley dumping ballast, and the next day I caught them running back east...shoving the train, very slowly. Due in part to rusted rails and infrequent use, the signals never gave more than restricting, causing many stops and starts getting permission through. After getting to Mitchell and switching around their power, I got one more shot of the train, passing through the famed Big Tunnel. Enjoy!
