His main castle in which he resided was built of the lake of Goplo. He was infamous for mistreating his servants and peasants he himself wasting money on great parties and such. He was accompanied by his cruel wife who came from overseas nations. The family members of the Popiel clan were deeply concerned that he would waste the small kingdom’s fortune on the booze and parties. They have decided to pay Popiel a visit to tell him off and make him understand his mistakes. Popiel’s cruel wife decided that the visit of the family members posed a chance of getting rid of them. She had poisoned the wine before the party started, while the Elders made toasts to Popiel’s long life and prosperity they were silently killing themselves. The bodies then were dumped to the lake from which with the blessing of the Old Gods offended by Popiel’s greed and hatred, thousands of mice were born and then attacked the castle. By the morning Popiel, his wife were gone, eaten by the mice…
