That then warms up our awareness, so we can include others in our circle of compassion.” Chris Germer is a clinical psychologist and lecturer at Harvard Medical School. He co-developed the Mindful Self-Compassion program with Kristin Neff in 2010, which has been taught to over 250,000 people worldwide.
