[Recorded 17/10/18] MY FIRST TRACTION KONE M-SERIES! The only other KONE M-Series I've ever been in is hydraulic and not nearly as interesting as this. This lift is just absolutely epic! Full intelligent levelling, the equivalent height of 9 floors, KONE TMS logic and an epic view! What I find really interesting about this is you can actually see the inner workings of the call stations if you look side on at any of the call stations. This lift offers an awesome view of the Segedunum Roman Fort as you go up and down and you can get an even better view of this from the top floor tower panorama! The other floors are gallery levels. The buttons are interesting with a different style of M-Series buttons used for the door controls and alarm buttons - those press in much more than the floor buttons which just click and only go in very slightly. I have seen this lift once before a few years ago and I was so relieved to find that it is still original! This lift runs amazingly well and is probably one of, if not THE BEST LIFT IN THE NEWCASTLE AREA that I know of! If you enjoyed the video then please consider tapping the like button!
