There are 21 Toilet Locations in South Park The Fractured But Whole for the "Crappin' Forte" Trophy / Achievement. The toilets are all inside buildings. Almost every house (except Kenny's) has one. Most restaurants also have one, other stores don't. To get access to all toilets you'll have to advance in the story to unlock new allies and abilities. It's highly recommended that you search for everything AFTER beating the story. Nothing is missable! You can still collect everything after the story is over. You must get all stars on each toilet. At the start you see how many stars can be earned. If done correctly, you will see a green checkmark on the toilet afterwards. This means you've completed the highest mastery level there. You must master every toilet. It's quite easy, you just need to complete a button-pressing minigame.
